Zaoyang Fuxing Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in June 1983 with registered capital of ¥10 million. It is a chemical enterprise in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. It occupies an area of 11,525 square meters with the building area of 6,406 square meters. At present, there are 70 employees and more than 10 are undergraduates and postgraduates. There are 260 sets of production equipment. The total investment is ¥50 million and fixed assets are ¥30 million. Fuxing is situated in Wudian Town, which is the hometown of Liu Xiu. The company enjoys convenient transporation with Hankou-Danjiangkou Railway running through, and 316 State Road and Hanshi Expressway nearby.

 

In 2003, the company was restructured as private enterprise from collectively-owned enterprise and it implements strict and scientific management. In 2011, it passed the ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification. At present, the company has formed diversified development system including two series including fine chemical and pharmaceutical chemical and many varieties. Over the past five years, the company has established close cooperation relations with Wuhan University and other research institutes and has developed antioxidant 565, 1520, 1726, 2-amino-5-chlorophenyl)phenyl-methanon, 5-chloro-2-methylaminobenzophenone, 4-Nitrophenylacetic acid, 3-aminopiperidine dihydrochloride, and other products. At present, the annual production and export capacity is 100 tons and the annual profits and taxes are ¥2 million. Moreover, the company has added two production lines through enlarging scale and the annual production capacity has reached 200 tons and annual profits and taxes are ¥5 million.
